Items sent to more remote areas will likely add to the delivery time.

1. Inside Kathmandu Valley: Same-Day Gift Delivery 

The Kathmandu Valley has three districts: Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur. We offer same-day delivery anywhere in these three areas. The delivery fee is calculated based on your order and location. We have delicious cakes from Ageno Bakery, Crave Bakery, and Radisson Hotel, where the cakes are freshly baked on the day of delivery. We have also been delivering beautiful flowers like roses, gerbera, lilies, and carnations, ensuring your recipients receive fresh flowers from our skillful florists.

2. Outside Kathmandu: 

Next Working Day Delivery (Agent covered areas)

We offer next-day delivery in our agent-covered areas listed below, where fresh items, including cakes, flowers, and beverages, can be delivered. Our agents will deliver it safely and securely to your preferred addresses. Please note: Certain perishable items, including cakes, flowers, and sweets, are prepared and delivered locally in respective cities. Other items are shipped from the Kathmandu warehouse through courier or air cargo. Your order should be placed before 1 pm for next-day delivery (*exceptions may apply).

What are your delivery times?

We always get your gift delivered – Open seven days a week!

Our normal delivery hours are between 10 am and 6 pm, Sun-Sat, Nepal Standard Time. Despite an exact delivery time cannot be promised, you can choose a two-hour time slot between 10 am - 6 pm as a preferred delivery time for inside Kathmandu Valley. 

Delivery time outside Kathmandu Valley cannot be promised, but we always aim to deliver as soon as possible, according to your recipient's convenience.

Can I self-pick up?

You can place the order and pick it up from our Nakhipot, Khumaltar, Lalitpur office. Let us know your preferred pick-up time. We will have your order ready. No delivery charges!

How does same-day delivery work?

Your orders must be placed by 3 pm for same-day delivery inside Kathmandu Valley. Same-day delivery may also be available for cakes and flowers in some cities outside Kathmandu.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

Yes, you may, but an exact delivery time cannot be promised. However, we can deliver it near your time frame if suitable since our delivery is open from 10 am to 6 pm.

What are the most common reasons for delivery delays?                                                         

There are many reasons behind the delivery delays, such as:                                                                          

1. Bad weather conditions and traffic.
2. The wrong recipient’s number/recipient is not answering calls.
3. Wrong/ Inaccurate Delivery Address.       
4. No-Go Zones / Remote Locations.
5. Law & Order Situation / Road Blocks.       
6. Recipient Unavailability – Out of City.      

In these cases, our support team will contact you as quickly as possible to share updates on the situation and find alternate ways to make deliveries.

What happens if the recipient is unavailable to receive the gift order?

We will mail you first if the recipient does not answer the call or is out of the city. If there is still no contact, then our delivery staff will leave the order back at our office, and it will be redelivered the next day once we have contacted the recipient.                                                 

                                                                                                                                                                                

Can I order some gifts delivered the same day outside Kathmandu Valley?

Certainly, we can deliver cakes, flowers, beverages, and mithai to the agent-covered areas as above.

How do I know when my order has been delivered?

Once your order has been successfully delivered, you will receive a notification in your email stating that your order has been delivered. However, if you have any questions or concerns regarding your delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Do you make home delivery to inside & outside the valley too?

We do home delivery inside Kathmandu Valley and major cities outside Kathmandu Valley. Home delivery may not be available to all locations. The recipient may have to collect an order where home delivery is not available.
