2. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout.
Prices are listed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We accept various payment methods including international cards and digital wallets.
Orders will be confirmed via email upon successful payment.

3. Delivery Policy

We offer same-day delivery in the Kathmandu Valley for selected items if the order is placed within the cutoff time.
Delivery to other cities in Nepal is handled through our trusted logistics partners. Delivery timeframes vary depending on location and product.
While we strive for timely delivery, delays due to weather, strikes, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

4. Product Availability & Substitution

In rare cases, if a selected item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an equal or higher value item while maintaining the overall look and feel of the gift.
Custom/personalized products require accurate details and sufficient processing time as mentioned on the product page.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders once processed cannot be canceled for same-day delivery items.
For advance orders, cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the delivery date.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
No refunds will be issued for perishable items (cakes, flowers), unsuccessful deliveries due to incomplete/incorrect recipient information or unavailability of the recipient.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient details, including name, address, and contact number.
Any delivery issues due to incorrect information are not GiftstoNepal.com's responsibility.
